Cost of delivery
At the moment, our website only calculates (when necessary) the cost of delivery within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah, & Sarawak).
If you are outside of Malaysia, please contact us first and let us know your address so we can quote you the delivery cost.

Time of delivery
After we receive payment from you, we will immediately process your order within 1 working day.
The next day, the delivery company will then pick-up your package from our place.
From there, the delivery company will take over the process of delivering your package to your address.
The duration of delivery is usually subject to your address location.
Tracking number
Each package we sent to customer will have a tracking number associated with it. This tracking number can be used to track the processing status of the package and its where about.
This information can be retrieved by inserting and submitting the tracking number in the appropriate section in the delivery company’s website.
